Refund Policy

No Refunds - Once Payment is Made, it is Final.

At ProductLink Pro, we strive to deliver robust e-commerce catalog page-building tools. Since our platform offers immediate access to plan benefits, product limit additions, templates, and premium add-ons upon checkout, we operate under a strict No Refund Policy.

1. Razorpay Gateway Checkouts

We utilize Razorpay as our secure primary payment gateway for processing subscription upgrades, renewals, and credit wallet top-ups.

2. Payment Finality

  • Wallet Credit Top-Ups: All wallet funds, top-ups, and balance additions are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits carry no cash redemption value.
  • Subscription Renewals & Upgrades: Subscription fees paid via Razorpay (Starter, Business, Pro, Premium tiers) are final. No refunds will be provided for early termination, unused periods, or downgrade requests.
  • Add-On Activations: Purchases of White Label Branding Removal or Product Pack increments are instantly processed and activated on your account. These transactions are strictly non-refundable.

This is a manual Pay and Use utility service. Once a transaction is completed on Razorpay and credits or services are assigned to your account, the transaction is closed and cannot be refunded.
